Pre-Orders

All pre-orders for CaseCover™ products (including bundles with acrylic cases) are final sale.

No cancellations or refunds are permitted once a pre-order is placed, as each purchase reserves guaranteed inventory in our production run.

Estimated shipping timeframe for CaseCover™ pre-orders is mid–late October 2025. This date is an estimate and may be subject to change based on manufacturing and logistics.
In-Stock Purchases (Acrylic Cases)

Orders containing only in-stock acrylic cases follow our [Return/Refund Policy].

If purchased together with a CaseCover™ pre-order, the entire order is treated as a pre-order and cannot be canceled.
Bundles

Bundles that include a CaseCover™ product cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.

These orders will ship only when CaseCover™ is available.
