Refund Policy – CaseCover Co.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of CaseCover™ products within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

  • Only CaseCover™ is eligible for return.

  • Acrylic display cases are final sale and non-returnable.

  • For bundle purchases (CaseCover™+ Acrylic Case), you may still return the CaseCover™ portion for a partial refund, provided all return conditions are met.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

  • International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


How to Start a Return

Please contact us with your order number to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Warranty

All CaseCover Co. products include a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty applies only when CaseCovers are used as intended and installed properly on compatible acrylic cases.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
