Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with CaseCover Co. We want to ensure you understand how shipping works for our products, especially while CaseCover™ is in production.

CaseCover™ Pre-Orders

• CaseCover™ is currently in production. All pre-orders are guaranteed and will ship once inventory arrives.

• The estimated shipping timeframe for CaseCover™ is mid–late October 2025. This date is subject to change based on manufacturing and transit conditions.

• By placing a pre-order, you agree to the shipping timeline above and understand that your order will not ship until the product becomes available.

Acrylic Cases

• Acrylic display cases for ETBs are in stock and ready to ship.

• If purchased together with a CaseCover™ pre-order (including bundles), the entire order will ship together once CaseCover™ is available.

• If you would like to receive an acrylic case sooner, please place a separate order.

CaseCover™ + Acrylic Case Bundles

• Bundle purchases will not ship until CaseCover™ is in stock.

• Expected shipping timeframe is mid–late October 2025.

Shipping Methods & Processing

• All orders are shipped from New York, USA.

• Once your order is ready to ship, processing time is typically 2–3 business days.

• Shipping times depend on the selected method at checkout and the carrier’s performance.

Delays & Updates

• Shipping dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production delays, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

• Customers will be notified by email if there are significant delays to their pre-orders.

Partial Shipments

• We do not split shipments for combined orders containing pre-order and in-stock items.

• To receive in-stock items sooner, please order them separately from pre-orders.
